 stand how these beliefs have shaped our perceptions of ourselves and o
 ther people. We will also plan activities that reflect multiple ways o
 f perceiving and interpreting the world and discuss strategies to help
  teachers develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to successfu
 lly teach children of all backgrounds and experiences (including socia
