Event Description

Facing History and Ourselves presents:

Exploring the History of Antisemitism

Location: The ADP Center, Room 1120, University Hall, Montclair State University

Antisemitism did not begin or end with the Holocaust and yet the evolution of this ancient hatred is rarely taught. This workshop will explore a variety of strategies for bringing this important history to the classroom. The content of this workshop is drawn from a new book by Facing History and Ourselves—Antisemitism: A Convenient Hatred. In this book, we explore the ways hatred is learned and transmitted from one generation to the next.
