In this session, we will explore synchronous (Google Meet) and asynchronous (Screencastify) video instruction tools. Google Meet is a videoconferencing app that is part of the Google Education Suite. It is a quick, easy way to connect with your students via live video for instruction, group discussions, and just to see each other's faces. It can be an essential part of remote learning. We will cover some great tips to maximize the time you spend in a Google Meet.

We will also explore an amazing extension called Screencastify. Screencasting enables you to capture anything on your screen and, add audio narration to make a video. You can share the resulting video with your students. Screencasting tools can help you present information, explain complex ideas, and provide assignment feedback. Screencastify makes it easy and saves automatically to Google Drive.
