Course: How to Paint a Story Quilt
Dates: March 1 and 8, 2011, 4:00 to 7:00 pm*

This new class is designed to teach students how to paint a story quilt, much like renowned artist, Faith Ringgold. We will paint on fabric based on your own personal story, or a favorite story/book you'd like to illustrate. Please bring a smock and an idea of what you'd like to illustrate. We will each create our own masterpiece! This class is adaptable for all ages.
*This mini course meets for two sessions. You must attend both sessions to receive professional development hours.
