 Catalyzing Diversity\nIn this talk, Professor Fernando Naiditch will f
 ocus on redefining the way we understand and use diversity in our live
 s and how we can and should address it for educational purposes. It is
  time to change the framework used to merely recognize and/or embrace 
 individual and group differences and move towards catalyzing diversity
  - a new way of organizing communities and groups to learn to think an
 d act collectively. The talk will challenge teachers to recognize dive
 rsity not as what we look like outside or in terms of the groups or su
 bcultures we belong to, but on how we can make use of our individual s
 kills and tools in order to benefit the larger society, particularly g
 iven the complex problems we face in the 21st century. \n \nPlease n
