This experiential workshop will guide teachers through a healing process after a traumatic year. Participants will explore compassionate witnessing, listening circles, and evidence-based self-care activities to heal and restore themselves. We will also discuss how the responsibility of self-care must shift from the individual to the institution. Come restore yourselves and learn how to build a restorative school community.
