 is is a follow up workshop requested by those who attended Part One, i
 t will also be appropriate for any newcomers. We will review “unders
 tanding” the causes of behavior, but emphasize ‘positivity’ and 
 classroom “connections”. We will discuss the application of “gro
 up counseling” techniques in dealing with behavior and power struggl
 es. We will look at rejection, “how good people turn evil”, and bu
 llying. We will examine strategies in dealing with apathy, increasing 
 student resilience and teamwork. We will discuss the books, “Social�
 �� by Matt Lieberman, “The Lucifer Effect” by Philip Zimbardo and 
 “Flourish” by Martin Seligman. The recent Google Company ‘Projec
 t Aristotle’ will be referenced along with some principles of Zen an
 d Buddhism. There will be at least two behavior problem role playing s
