  first understand it. In this workshop we will look at the causes of b
 ehavior, transference, current books and social factors. We will discu
 ss consequences and how to deal with the monopolizer, the withdrawn st
 udent and several behavior issues you wish to discuss. I will set up a
 t least two Role Playing scenarios based on workshop member interests.
  During the Role Play, alternative approaches will be examined along w
 ith the importance of experiential review. I will refer to Positive Di
 scipline by Jane Nelson, Martin Seligman’s Positive Psychology and t
