DESCRIPTION:This course will focus on the meaning of social responsibi
 lity, how it can be fostered in a school district, in the classroom, a
 nd in the lives of educators. The course will be led by members of the
  Tenafly Social Responsibility Group who have been active in promoting
  social responsibility in the Tenafly District and in workshops at Mon
 tclair State University. The group includes classroom teachers from el
 ementary through high school levels, as well as educators who work out
 side the classroom: guidance counselors, social workers, a school psyc
