This mini-course will provide and over-view of the MSU teacher education program including: The Portrait of a Teacher, feedback, conferencing, mentor roles and responsibilities.  Strategies for Mentoring and Coaching will be explored as well as clinical supervision with an emphasis on the co-teaching collaborative model.  This mini course fulfills the clinical faculty requirement for Strategies for Mentoring and Coaching.
