 and their actions/inactions by stepping out of your stressful routine.
  Experientially indulge yourself at MSU with a whole day of understand
 ing behavior, discussing it, and analyzing it through role playing and
  strategic intervention. Explore the freedom (and logic) of decreasing
  your unproductive reactions and entanglements with behavior. Have fun
  with participants setting up a positive classroom (or other environme
 nt). Learn how to empower self, students, colleagues and/or clients fr
 om a therapeutic perspective led by Mr. Paternoster, who has 40 years 
 of experience with behavior problems and special education as a counse
 lor, teacher, administrator and positive disciplinarian in both privat
 e and public schools. We will reference ideas, studies, and theories f
