 r the last eighteen months educators many of whom are parents, homesch
 oolers, and mentors for children, became the unsung heroes and heroine
 s of the year.  Even in “normal” times there is a lot on your pla
 tes, but you dropped everything and revised all the lesson plans, lear
 ned how to teach remotely, learned new computer applications and made 
 sure you were fired up and ready to go.  This workshop is for you if 
 you:  Mentor students in middle-school and high school or want to bec
 ome a Mentor.  If you see children being bullied and experiencing a l
 ack of self-esteem and have done everything and cannot stop them hurti
 ng themselves and others.  If sometimes you find that you do not want
  to go to work because you anticipate the pressures of the day, week, 
 month, and a new school year.  If you love the children, feel respons
 ible for your staff and want to give your very best BUT sometimes you 
 have no energy to give.  In this session you will learn how to morph 
 up to a new level while you continue to do “things you never thought
