This 6-hour mini course will give participants an introduction to some basic yoga poses, exercises, breathing, and rest and relaxation meditation. Warm, comfortable attire and a mat or large towel required. Space is limited to 15 participants.
Yoga is a two session course. It will meet on March 18 and 25, 2010, 3:30 to 6:30 pm.
You must attend both sessions in their entirety to receive professional development hours from the MSUNER.
