Get to know and understand the Next Generation Science Standards and feel comfortable to use them in your classroom. Participants will be delving into the Life Sciences and Engineering, Technology, and Applications of Science disciplinary core ideas in hands on activities that can be taken back into your classroom the very next day. Participants will be introduce to how to use phenomena to introduce lessons and how to write lessons that are engaging. This workshop is geared toward K-5 educators.
